I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, but the sign on the window saying 'Broken, will be fixed' was a bit concerning. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were not only very clean but also beautifully decorated with a super comfy bed. I particularly loved the coffee/tea maker in the room and the best shower experience I had during my travels. Plus, the nice view of the harbor added to the charm. Being within walking distance to great restaurants made dining out a breeze.

The service was top-notch! From the warm welcome even at our late arrival to the above-and-beyond friendly and helpful staff during check-in, everything was outstanding. They even organized shuttles to the airport for us, accommodating our early schedule. Despite a slight trouble finding the place, the housekeeping was excellent, and there were convenient shops/commercial services available. The paid shuttle service and welcome drink were nice touches.
