I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, but the sign on the window saying 'Broken, will be fixed' was a bit concerning. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The location was perfect for my early morning flight, though a little extra effort was needed due to the distance from the main street. The dining experience was delicious with a good variety of options. The facilities were excellent, although there was a minor downside with the broken sign in the room window.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were not only very clean but also beautifully decorated with a super comfy bed. I particularly loved the coffee/tea maker in the room and the best shower experience I had during my travels. Plus, the nice view of the harbor added to the charm. Being within walking distance to great restaurants made dining out a breeze.

The service was top-notch! From the warm welcome even at our late arrival to the above-and-beyond friendly and helpful staff during check-in, everything was outstanding. They even organized shuttles to the airport for us, accommodating our early schedule. Despite a slight trouble finding the place, the housekeeping was excellent, and there were convenient shops/commercial services available. The paid shuttle service and welcome drink were nice touches.

My stay at this hotel was perfect for what we needed. The rooms were very spacious, although a bit tight for three adults. The service was extremely helpful, welcoming, and accommodating, even waiting up until 1 am to provide us with access after a late flight. The location was spot on for the airport, allowing us to walk to restaurants, and it was ideal for our early flight the next morning. The dining experience was wonderful, especially for early flights, with make your own waffles and a fancy espresso maker. Overall, a great place to start traveling around Iceland.
